Rebecca, and others who reviewed, I was also scammed by Marc and his partner Dan. I have consulted my legal counsel, and have tracked down Marc and Dan's turf supplier. Without getting in to too much detail, there may be a way to not only get our respective monies back, but also, in a combined effort considering this is an obvious pattern of fraudulent behavior, have them face criminal charges. This business doesn't deserve any stars. I ordered turf from this company. After having it for 3 months the tips of the blades started to turn white. After 6 months light green blades started to appear. It gets worse and worse daily with more and more of the green blades turning light green and curling up. I've called numerous times only to be told someone would call me back. No one has ever called. I also emailed them without results. Now they don't answer my call. i guess they recognize my number and ignore it. I guess my next step is to sue them.

Do not do business with this company. They pursued me after I inquired with another company. They were very friendly and offered me a great price with free shipping. The bells should have went off. You never get something for nothing. I was told delivery would take 7 to 21 days. We are now approaching day 21 and I can't get anyone to tell me where my turf is. My contractor has taken me out of his schedule because we have no clue when the material will get here. There website is under construction. Doing business with them has been a complete nightmare. I wish I would have paid more money and gone with a company that actually knew what they were doing.
