Very poor service. Prices raised by 150% for BASIC service. Employees are rude and barely functional. Management is completely non-responsive. This place is populated by thick, slow and dull witted employees. A troop of drunk baboons could have done a better job. Seriously , 40 minutes to put a car through an automated machine and it's still dirty ?

I went to your car wash in mesa AZ on Baseline Rd for the first time today,(2007 gmc yukon) as I pulled into the car wash I wanted to make sure I had money for a tip i looked into my center console and i saw that i had two dollar their. went in to get my car washed and as i was sitting there i realized two dollars may not be enough for a tip so i got change from the cashier.. as i got my car i noticed my two dollars were missing I immediately with to ask for the manager(Dustin) he gave me his card and said they would have to view the camera, he also said the store manager whose name was Ian lim just went to the bank and would be back soon.. he never said sorry by the way only that they thought they had fixed the problem of people stealing, he said that twice never saying he was sorry or anything. I just called and talked to the store manager Ian he was very rude and said he saw nothing on the camera and that it was my fault for leaving things in my car. to me this is unacceptable! yes it was only two dollars that was taking but it the principal. first and last time customer.
