      Pat and Cyndy are true coffee artisans. On my first visit I was treated with a tour of the facility and a demonstration of their premium slow-roasting process. After two of my favorite coffee houses closed, I was hard-pressed to find another top tier roaster. The team at Echo are among the best in the business!
