BASIC CLEANS INCLUDE: BATHROOMS: tubs, vanity, mirrors, showers,toilets KITCHEN: counters, stove top, inside microwave, outside appliances, sink; BEDROOMS: Make beds, dust all surfaces, LIVING AREAS: dust all surfaces, CEILING FANS, ALL FLOORS DETAILED CLEANS INCLUDE: Blinds, baseboards, dishes, light fixtures, doors, door frames, outlets/light covers, outside cabinets as well as basic clean. MOVE OUTS AND POST CONSTRUCTION/RESTORATION CLEANS INCLUDE: inside cabinets and closets, wipe down walls, inside oven and refrigerator, dust hard to reach places, and clean under appliances as well as basic and detail clean. Restoration cleans also include putting TSP on the walls for fire jobs. EXTRAS: Refrigerator and oven cleans NOTE: price of refrigerator and oven cleans is included with move outs and restorations
