I ordered a Toy Hauler from Dunesport in Jun 2011 and was promised a delivered trailer in 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks, the standard answer was 2 more weeks. In all, it took Dunesport 9 months to deliver the trailer (arrived end of Mar 2012). Turns out they swithched manufacturers mid stream. When I went back to Dunesport in Jan 2013 to have warranty repair work done, they refused to honor the warranty and told me I had to take it to the manufacturer for warranty repairs. This meant I had to haul my trailer 150 miles down to Tucson. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Dunepsort. They will promise you the world and not deliver. They can't be trusted.
