I love Dr. Huff. He's very genuine to his clients (from what I've seen/ experienced) quick, friendly, etc.. However; the clerks in this office leave SO MUCH to be desired. I have NEVER had a good experience with any one of them. The main girl I've seen every time for the last few years seems like she has more of an interest in playing on her phone or chatting with the other girls that are up there, instead of updating my information so my chart can be placed in line as quickly as possible. I'm always 15 minutes for my appointment and in my opinion, that means that my paperwork should be done and I should be seen no later than 10 minutes post appointment time, yet I always wait and wait and then wait in the room as well. Aside from that, her physical appearance and demeanor are not professional. I used to work in a high volume radiology clinic, so I'm very familiar with patient/practice procedure. Aside from the lollygagging, I cannot ever seem to actually get a hold of someone who can HELP when I call. I get the voice mail so often during hours of operation it's aggravating. Then, when I do get a hold of someone if they can't help "someone will call you back." NEVER. No one EVER calls me back, and then I'm in a perpetual hell of explaining the situation over and over again until finally I get frustrated enough to just STAY on the phone until they get up and go ASK someone the answer to my question/ concern/ whatever it is. This has happened no LESS than 10 times since I've been going here (passed 5 years). I'm willing to forgo and ignore your terrible staff because I enjoy having a doctor who's easy in, easy out. (no pun intended). Fire your office staff, or hire someone who's actually BEEN a medical office manager before so your staff can learn how to do their jobs correctly.

Dr. Huff performed not one but two diagnostic pelvic laps and diagnosed me with endometriosis but failed to treat it both times! Why would you just go in and "look around" I have been in terrible pain the last few years and also suffer from infertility due to the endometriosis and he has done anything BUT help. Do NOT bother with this practice. He pretends to care but all he cares about is what he can bill the insurance for...

I was fortunate enough to have Paul Lawrence, PAC, from Vista Medical Group/(Dr. Benjamin) office refer me to Desert Rose Medical Clinic. What a miracle from Heaven. I went through the Nova procedure, the staff was so kind, happy and professional, the anesthesiologist was so heartwarming and the procedure administered by Dr. Huff, I am 100 percent healed. I tried to write this to the Medical Board, but they only take complaints. I can not thank this staff enough, and I know that anyone considering any type of medical treatment here will be astonished beyond medical books. THANK YOU DESERT ROSE SO VERY MUCH. I have been going to Dr Terry Huff since 1997. He delivered to of my Children and has been my Dr for practically everything! I He always is willing to answer my questions as well as take his time with me, when all other doctors seem to be in a rush to get to their next patient. Thank you for your patience and understanding Dr Huff!

Dr. Huff has been an amazing doctor to me over the past 5 years. He actually diagnosed my PCOS after 10 years of discomfort and mis-diagnosing from other professionals. There was a good chance that I could not get pregnant and I was devastated. All I wanted was to be a "mommy". With his help and treatment I was pregnant within a year. My delivery of my first girl was a breeze considering she was almost 10 pounds and 22 inches. He was able to deliver her vaginally and I did not rip or need a Episiotomy. That in itself is amazing. He was attentive and always listened to me and my concerns no matter how crazy they may have sounded. 2 years later I had an "oops" pregnancy. Awesome speaking that we did not even think we could have one. This little was a fast grower. We scheduled a c-section and tubal ligation. He was phenomenal. I have very minimal scaring and my healing time was quick. I absolutely love all his office staff. They were all happy to see me and made me feel welcome. They accepted my playful, sarcastic and open personality. I feel like they were family. They always got me an appt at the last minute if I needed one. My phone calls were returned within a reasonable time and they were always happy to help. Bonnie is an wonderful nurse and easy to talk to. I cannot say enough. I have not been this impressed and happy with any doctors office. You usually have some complaints whether it be the staff, the doctors personality or beliefs. But I can tell you I not one bad thing to say about this practice!

This office is not a Medicare friendly office. I have had problems at least three times in five years where Medicare was not billed correctly and I found it imposible to get help with correcting the problems.

I have been there, it is a good family practice,warm friendly people,convienently located in the east mesa area.They make a great team,would recommend to a friend.

Dr Terry Huff is such a great OBGYN. I have the option of going to MIHS and getting my delivery 100% covered since I am an employee but i would rather pay copays and out of pocket portions through my insurance because of how comfortable and safe i felt throughout my last pregnancy. I have a phobia of needles and medical procedures and tend to be a big baby when it comes to anything related to this but Dr. Huff and his staff were so patient and compassionate with my phobia and made my delivery and all that came with it a little bit easier. I feel safe and comfortable with them and I am pregnant again and could not imagine going anywhere else. Excellent review from me!! Thank you

I have gone to this office for around 15 years now. The staff is friendly and fun and Dr huff is the best obgyn!

I needed to cancel my appointment (due to a family emergency) at 9:30 on Monday morning. I tried contacting the office from 5 pm Friday to 9:35 am monday morning. I could not leave a message and was told by the emergency people that I could not leave a message with them. They need to leave an answering machine so a person can leave a message. Their answering machine lists office hrs as 8am on Mon. When they finally answered the phone at 9:35 the girl said they don't turn on the phones till 9:30. Ridiculous.

Dr. Huff delivered my second child and I had a much better experience at his office than at the office where my first child was born. Would recommend his to anyone looking for a great doctor.

Has delivered my last 2 girls out of 4 girls and am so thankful to have had the opportunity to know him. I most definitely recommend him to every woman out there who is looking for a doctor that is funny, great bedside manners (just great in manners anyway), down to earth but still professional, great staff and even has his wife there! I heard she is so awesome too. I just has the Essure done and I am doing fabulous! My next procedure is the Novasure. I can't wait. Thanks so much Dr. Huff for me such a great man!

dr. huff has delivered all 3 of my kids by c-section and he was great! he is a very upbeat, fun, and caring dr. i would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone whether it be for a pregnancy or just a check up.his nurse practitioner bonnie hare is just as wonderful as he is. desert rose ob/gyn is by far the best dr.'s office i have been to. the whole staff is fun and friendly.

Doctor terry huff deliverd both my children. Seven years latter I discoverd i needed a hysterectomy and moved to arizona from washington to have the best doctor in the world preform this surgery. i would recomend this doctor to every one.

Dr Terry Huff was my OB when I had my daughter in Oct. of 08'. Not only was I close to him but I was close to his staff! I grew very attached to them, and after I had the baby the only thing I was depressed about was not going to see them every week. I must say he is the best doctor I have ever been to!
