I am VERY disappointed, the process did work but in less than a year, it is already peeling off! I was told when the leather person was fixing my cushion that the loveseat was old and falling apart and probably would not hold out real well. That might be, the part about it being old, BUT the other cushion on this loveseat is just fine and the other loveseat that matches, has NO wear and tear on it at all. I would think that if the reason the process did not work was because the cushion was old.....then wouldn't the other loveseat that is the same age have at least some damage, somewhere? It doesn't! so I am thinking it is the repair process that did not work, that is my opinion, I feel that I paid for a service that did not deliver what your video shows it can, and I am very upset about it.
