Very helpful and took the time to show my elderly father a mattress set that would be easier for him to use. It had a special lower height storage frame. He loves it and we never would have thought anything like it. My dad loves the mattress and can easily get in and out of bed.

Although my first impression was good dealing with a sweet employee and the discounts seemed real nice until my mattress was delivered it was not the one I ordered and purchased in the store. So pay attention and make sure the name on it is not the same name of a lower priced mattress found else where in the store. Sometimes a discount is really not a discount. Go to a store that is better known. I find relief in the fact that what goes around comes around. Honest people are few and far between. Please just watch out.
