- Ingrown Toenails
- CornsCorns are shaped calluses of dead skin that usually occur on thin or hairless and smooth skin surfaces. Corns form when the pressure point against the skin form an elliptical or semi-elliptical path during the rubbing motion. If there is constant stimulation of the tissue producing the corns, even after the corn is surgically removed, the skin may continue to grow as a corn.
- CallusesFrom sports injury, diabetic, geriatric, infant and preventative foot care to the treatment of corns, calluses and toenails.
- FungusNail fungus occurs when fungus enters the nail through a small trauma in the nail. This means it could enter through a small cut or a break in your nail. It is commonly confused that fungus occurs if you have poor hygiene. This is not true.

- Ankle SprainWhen your foot lands off balance, muscles may give way, allowing the ankle joint to move too far. If ligaments connecting the foot and ankle bones overstretch or tear, an ankle sprain is the result. These sudden injuries cause pain both at the time they occur and throughout the healing process. Depending on the sprain, swelling and bruising may extend from your ankle into your foot. With proper care, however, sprains can easily heal correctly. In many cases, you can reduce the risk of reinjury.
