This company is unethical. They placed a lien on my personal property becuase my builder didnt pay their supplier. I ended up having to pay the bill twice to have the lien removed. The worst part of this whole story is they had my contact info and failed to even call me to let me know the situation. When i called to ask why they didn't bother to call the person if affected the most, their response was "How many people are we expected to call?" ummm, the ones that matter? Totally horrible, rude and unethical.

this company's managment doesn't care about complaints registered, I've complained about the treatment I've received and it falls on deaf ears. If you want to be taken care of you would have to go to the Scottsdale store or the Phoenix store and I have had an account here for 15 years.... I won't go to this store ever again

They are a great family business that works incredibly hard whether they are selling you a small part to helping pick out product for your entire house. Shop Local, especially when they are the best.

I have been coming here for years and have had an awesome experience. They always have what I am looking for and are always friendly and helpful. I support local business's whenever possible and this is definitely one to support.

My wife was being helped by one counter person who asked a second for additional assistance. The second person (Tim) ended up being a monster who did his best in front of other customers to belittle and embarass her. My wife will not let me fight her battles so she presented the supervisor there with a written complaint about the events of that Saturday morning. She received no satisfactory explanation for the treatment she received nor any indication it might be remedied. We ultiamtely found our product at Home Depot. See other web sites about other customer complaints of rough or callous treatment. They have obviously lost us as customers.
