Excellent resort. Over 900 lots, mostly park models. Many newer HUD homes are being added and many of the older park models are being updated. From the moment you enter the park, you see that the entire park is clean and well maintained. Security in the park is excellent. Very nice facilities including a large dog park, tennis, pickle ball and shuffleboard courts. Also, a large billiards room, crafts room, ceramics room, sewing room, lapidary and wood shops, fitness center, library, computer room, card room, pool and hot tub. There is also a large ball room and onsite food service for breakfast and lunch, Many activities are available. A fitness center, wood shop classroom expansion is currently in progress. This is one of the few parks in Mesa where you own your lot. The association fee of $155/month (as of 2/2015) is very reasonable for all the amenities that the park offers.

the place is nice and the people are friendly. the security head guy is a nightmare and should be fire for using profanity and going out of his way to ruin someone's day. He is the laziest person i have ever seen and our management doesn't care. He is rude and dissrespectful of the owners in our park. I am ashamed to say I live at Carriage Manor. There are many things to do here and wonderful people. I just wish they would get rid of Mr. Jerk.
