Don't bother ordering products online at Lowe's and picking it up. You're not saving time or money. I stood in line while the cashier at the product pickup line helped a customer and when that customer left she just rudely ignored me and went to help the customer after me. The cashier was an old lady so maybe she had vision problems or was racist. I stood in line after the customer that came after me and she didn't even give me a glance or greeting. I had my husband and baby with me so it's not like I was blending in with the store decoration.
