We have used Cardinal State for all our Air Conditioning and heating needs. We have them out faithfully every spring and I am certain that having preventive maintenance has kept us from costly repairs etc. on both homes that we have had them service. We have used their services over 20 years now and they are wonderful. They are always willing to help us out, even with last minute needs. I recommend them to everyone I know.

They seem to have solid troubleshooting skills and gear, and gave me good explanations of the problems. Their recommendations on options and costs seemed solid and practical without unnecessary up-selling like I've seen with some larger HVAC outfits companies. Then they charged what they said it was going to cost. Work seems to be high quality, repairs have worked great so far. Customer service was great, office staff handled the scheduling well and let me know when they were headed my way, and they've always kept their schedules. A great small business.
