We were very disheartened by the attention that was given to us after the loss of our loved one. We had planned and prepaid years in advance, thinking everything would be disclosed and discussed in detail. We felt they would go over every detail that we had prepaid but we were not told of several details, including the destination of the limousine and therefore, we had to forgo (lost our money) having the vehicle transport us.
