Please Read And Save Your Money! The slider door leaks like a waterfall when it rains. The foundation is cracking and bugs are coming in (centipedes, ants and pill bugs). The counters are all pulling away from the walls. There are cracks in the walls. When we walked through before we move in, there was no carpeting down yet, and after we moved in, you could feel the debris on the floor that they never bothered to sweep up before they laid down the carpet. You can also see where all that debris is discoloring the carpet. They left bare drywall in some areas and said they were too busy to finish it. The faucets and shower heads were not properly installed. Also too busy to take care of that. Thank God we are fairly handy people. Our electric meter was crossed with our neighbors. We didn't have blinds for two weeks until after we moved in. We loose power all the time. I could go on and on.
