This business was recommeded to me by Pep Boys in Mesa. The owner seemed really nice on the phone, so I brought my vehicle over there for an estimate. The estimate was free. When my vehicle initially started having problems, I had it scoped and was told that I needed to replace a drive shift solenoid. All pro called me and said I needed a total overhaul. After reading other reviews on this business, I figure I could have paid about $900 less by fixing the drive shift solenoid, rather than what I paid these guys. After the work was done, the owner gave me less that 24 hours to pick the vehicle up and threatened me on my voicemail, that if I did not pick it up within an 8hr period of time, he would take my vehicle to a STORAGE YARD!!! I work an 8-5 job, and couldn't get there by 4:30 p.m. when the business closes. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else.
