Best place to take your pet when you need their services. The owner helped me after hours and it was cheaper than the place near me which was closed on weekends. I didn't have a viewed cremation done for my dog but if same day service is what you want, they have a great set up and nice viewing room for private cremations. The individual cremation only took a few days before they called me to pick up Lily. Very professional, compassionate employees and a nice clean place.

I would gave given NO stars but that wasn't an option...The person that took my dog in for cremation "LJ" was in a hurry, expressed no condolences, no "sorry for your loss" ... and he was very abrupt with me. I have seen more concern from my dry cleaner when I drop off my bedspread. I was told her remains would be ready in 3-4 days..."they were very busy". I called and left a message on day five. On day 8 when I still did not received a return call, I called them. Turned out my girl's ashes had been sitting there for 5 days. When I asked why they didn't call or return my call I was told "We are very busy." Too busy apparently, to care about anything but the bottom line...because they sure don't appear to give a damn about grieving people. I have to wonder...if they were so careless with my feelings...a live, hurting human being, how did they handle my beloved dog? I just hope I got the proper ashes back and that they treated her with more respect than they did me.

My dog Scout suddenly passed away on Wed Dec 14, 2011 at the age of 8. All Pets did a wonderful job in receiving my beloved dog and returned his ashes in a quick fashion. They had the most reasonable fees and handled it with care! Thank you all!!
