A supply line in my kitchen broke and I had called a plumber I found online, I told him the situation and he notified me that he couldn't get to my house right away because he was on his way to another call, but said I needed to call Adams, a restoration company, due to the severity of water damage that I had explained to him over the phone. Tucker showed up 30 minutes after I got off the phone with their office, he was able to start right away and even had created access for the plumber, making his job easier and the timing faster. He got me covered by my insurance over the phone and within 2 weeks my kitchen looked amazing and was up in running again. I had never used the plumber of Adams before, but I am glad that it worked out the way it did, everything was easy and fell right in place.

I have never had a company that was willing to jump through hoops to make sure my home was put back to normal again. The pluming company, or I should say the plumber, that had referred me to this restoration company was a complete nightmare! Due to many issues I had with him I no longer wanted him to continue on the repair so I kicked him off, and I was under the impression that Adams was affiliated with them, however after talking to their project manager that was working on my property, I learned that they weren't, that the company only refers them work when needed and, that was there only tie. Adams d and r had another plumber from a different company come out to repair the plumbing that was needed that day and he was great! Adams d and r even took care of the plumbing costs for me, due to how upset I was with the first plumber, which had absolutely nothing to do with them. They also did a great job on their part and at end of the process my tears changed from tears of stress to tears of happiness. I really appreciate every one of you who took part in the process of restoring my home, and I want it to be recognized, you really handled everything in a classy manner and your outcome was fabulous, my bathroom turned out beautiful.

I wanted to take a moment to write a review about this company due to their efforts to go above and beyond what was expected. Adams D&R had came out to repair multiple issues that a plumbing company (which, I prefer to leave anonymous) had created at my home while fixing a toilet problem. This company did the job for free, and I was shocked because they didn't have anything to even do with creating the repairs in the first place, and even treated me as if I were a paying customer. You would assume that in relations to the scenario, that they would completely forget about me and/or their service would not be very great or done in a timely manner. After this company fixed all the problems at my home, a few months later I had called them out to my property to fix the water damage that had created in my guest home due to the rain. They did a great job once again, with no hassle, and would recommend them to family and friends. Great company by far, very pleased with their quality of work and reliability.

After the last rainstorm that had occurred there were multiple leaks that I had found in the roof due to the water damage it had created inside my new rental home. Unfortunately, I had stayed at my friends house because of all the Super Bowl and Waste Management events going on in town and we have plans. When I came home Monday morning there was puddles of water in my home, I personally didnt think it was a big deal because its only water, but my boyfriend insisted that I get it taken care of by professionals. I had gone online and found Adams D&R, I called their office and they had one of their technicians out to my house within 30 minutes. They were very professional and explained everything that was going on to the actual homeowner over the phone and she filed a claim with her insurance. I was very pleased with how easy they made it because I was very nervous due to the fact that I am not the actual homeowner. The dryout is now done and now we're just waiting for the new carpet!

About a month ago I had a slab leak in my kitchen. I had Adams come out because the plumber who I regularly use referred them to me due to the fact that he personally couldn't fix the problem all by himself. Chris was the technician that initially came out to set up the equipment and helped me file a claim with my insurance. They were able to get everything done pretty quick, and I am sure it could have been completed quicker if the insurance approved it faster. I was beyond happy with their job and I really appreciate their communication, promptness, and helpfulness. Topaz and Martin did a great job calling me each day to schedule, make sure everything was going smoothly, and that I was happy, which really made me feel important and that the company truly cares about their customers. I do not have one bad thing to say about this company, their work, or their employees, this was a very pleasant experience considering the situation.

Adams disaster & restoration did a great job fixing my laundry room and remodeling it after it was destroyed by my hot water heater leaking while I was out of town for the holidays. Alex was the tech that game out to my home and it was very kind, wasn't pushy, and explained the entire process to me. He did a great job and made me feel very comfortable with doing business with him and Adams (it can be scary having people that you don't know enter your home). Juan, did a great job with the reconstruction as well, very sweet man, and his work was very precise and it turned out great. I was very happy with the entire process and with this company.

When I had mold growing in my bathroom Adams had came fix and stop the mold from continuingly growing and get rid of what was already created. This is the second time I had used their services. I was referred to them by a plumber the first time when I had a water heater leak a few years and I was very pleased with their services, so I decided to use them again for the mold problem I was having, which also went extremely smooth, like the first time. The techs were knowledgeable and explained to me what they needed to do, step by step, and why, making the process easy for me to understand. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with any sort of restoration work that needs to be done. My daughter who currently is attending ASU, had a really bad backup at her condo with sewage coming out of two bathrooms. We were referred by Adams a few years ago when we had an overflowing toilet at our family residence and we were very pleased with them back then so we decided to have them out to fix her place when this happened. They had moved and packed all her furniture, electronics, decorations, etc. without any damages. They had everything fixed in a timely manner and did the entire job, both the water and reconstruction. We are very pleased with this company and it was nice to know that we could trust them with our daughter and her property because of our prior experience.

The property that I own, which is currently vacant at the moment, down the street from my house had a hot water heater leak in the laundry room and had ruined multiple walls, and carpet in my family room. Adams was referred to me by my best friend who owns a property management company and uses them religiously for any sort of work that needs to be done. Adams remodeled my bathroom at my vacation home in AZ. They did an amazing job, and it was nice that I was able to trust them in my home, while I was in a different state. They did an amazing job and my bathroom looks fantastic. They sent me pictures throughout the entire process to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for, because it was difficult with me living out of state. However, i just got home for the winter to AZ and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Very pleased.

I was out of town during one of our big monsoon storms. I returned to find a flooded home with terrible water damage. After living in my new home for only a few weeks I had detected that there was a leak coming from my AC unit. When I became aware of this issue I called a heating and air-cooling company that I had found online that had pretty good reviews. When the tech arrived to my house they told me that there was even bigger issues like water damage and mold that was being created due to the leak. The tech told me that he knew of a restoration company that would come out and take a look at it for free within the hour, so I decided to let them come out and look at it. I was very satisfied with my decision to allow them to take a look at it and his recommendation because they were able to get rid of the water damage and other issues the leak was causing.
