This is the worst place I have ever been too. The doctor never introduced herself. Just started the exam right away. She never even went over my health history. Then I was told to go to another place to get blood work......it was over a 20 minute wait. At this place you are just a number. I would never tell any women to go here "
i am very concerned with my health, and this doctor didnt even let me talk about whats going on. did a qu8ick exam didnt even tell me if things felt mormal or looked normal, just said go to the place to get blood work and ultra sound didnt even tell me what for, except for stds, which i know i dont have. didnt ask me history. and when i did try to talk, she wouldnt let me. i walked out of the office crying i will never ever ever go back. she asked me if i wanted her to write me a perscription for birth control AFTER i told her i didnt want to be on it because we are wanting to have kids within the next year. dont go to this horrible place. especially if you want answers . i was with the doc for no more than 5 minutes and she told me NOTHING.

I do appreciate how quickly the staff was able to schedule me since I leave soon. I have had an issue that I have been trying to solve and the staff has somewhat tried to help.This problem has been on going for weeks now and we still haven’t gone anywhere, which had caused me to stress. There was a lack of communication and no follow up emails or phone calls. I am extremely upset with the way they have handled my situation.

Dr. Cooper is the most unpleasant and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I have never felt so belittled and bullied before. She definitely took out the stresses of her job on me and it was not okay. What a terrible and ugly human being. We all have stresses in our lives but that does not justify mistreating other people. As the head of her office, I don’t know how anyone could ever look up to her or let alone work for her. I feel bad for all of the kind-hearted staff members that work there, especially Dr. Lynne. I have been coming here for about four years and from my first interaction with Dr. Cooper, I can say that Dr. Cooper has a nasty and toxic personality. I hope that she sees this comment and starts treating patients the way she would like to be treated.

Doctors are friendly and knowlegable very in tune with patients. The follow up after the appointmet was good too.

This has been the best place I have been to yet. My doctor was very friendly. Came in with a smile, introduced herself, went over my current health and past problems. The wait wasn't long at all from the time I got in the office to the time the doctor arrived in my room. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

I just went to Dr. Cooper's (referral) excited about my second pregnancy. It was my first time there. The waiting area, where I sat waiting for OVER AN HOUR was totally depressing. They finally bring me in and insist on a pregnancy test with urine even though they had already blood test results which more accurate than urine (trying to make money). I find out that they have no ultrasound tech or equipment at the office! Dr. Stein, had no advice about my condition, had no clue about medicines, and actually told me to go to the ER for gestational diabetes, which I had my last pregnancy and had a confirmatory blood test for! She had a bad attitude to top it all off! She does not know what she is doing and I would never let her touch me. To top it all off, Dr. Stein wasn't even the Dr. I had the appointment with! But Dr. Stein didn't bother to tell me that. Don't go to Dr. Cooper (her office mate) because you could end up with Dr. Stein.
