Traveling throughout Arizona last summer and came across 4 Paws Pet Resort - all I can say is WOW! My pooch would love this place next time my family comes through Mesa. Can't wait to do business with 4 Paws!

Rip -off. Stay clear. Read the contract carefully and whatever they tell you over the phone get in writing.



Reserved the kennel for my dog for 12 days when it should have been only 11. When I dropped off the dog I requested the change but was told "no problem". If you come back early you will get a credit. When I returned a day early to pick up the dog, was told I would not get a 1 day refund because I didn't call ahead by 24 hours.

With the holidays coming up I had to find a place to board my dog. After finding a few kinda scary kennels I stumbled across 4 Paws as I was driving to a friends house. The place was amazing. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I brought my dog in for a few times for daycare just to see how she would do and she loved it. I am so relieved to find a place she can stay and not have to worry:) I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Best place ever to go. My dog can't wait to go and see the people at 4Paws. She gets so excited to go and sleeps for hours when she gets home from daycare. She meets all sorts of great new friends every time she goes. The best part is that I can set up to have her groomed while she is there...That way she comes home tired and beautiful:)

Pros: the place is clean. That's it. If you love your pets, find another facility. The staff here is rude, rude, rude.

I've lived in 5 other states and have had great experiences with kennels...until 4 Paws. Judging by all of the negative reviews, I'm not alone. We gave them about a year because the place was clean and secure, but things never got better for us or our dogs. They were rude to us, and eventually our dogs began yanking backward on their leashes upon approaching the front door. Very unusual for our dogs. After being repeatedly treated rudely, and having rude comments made about our dogs, we decided to try out a new kennel and are so glad we did. It's going great at the new place, they love our dogs, and greet us warmly upon arrival. And, our dogs no longer pull back on their leashes, but instead jump eagerly into the waiting arms of the friendly staff.

My dog seems to enjoy going but the staff is very rude. They are better at dealing with animals than with people and should attend a seminar on customer service.

I've been bringing my pets to 4 paws for years for both grooming and boarding and they've always come back to me happy and looking their best. The place is always clean, reliable and the employees always seem happy to see my dogs. Prices are very reasonable. I'll never bring my pets anywhere else.

The WORST! Snobby - Overpriced- dog grooming salon.Charged $56 for bath and trim on 18lb cocker, which had just been groomed and shaved down just 3 wks earlier. I should have asked for the price first, then I would have walked out!I asked why so much? The groomer replied with an attitude, "your dog is large", are you kidding me..get glasses! 18lbs is large? Upon closer inspection it was shoddy grooming, muzzle wasn't even touched and I found three spots were my puppy was bleeding and she had poop clinging to her butt??!...NEVER AGAIN...beware!
