115 Bourbon Street, founded in 1999, is an entertainment complex that offers a selection of food and drink items. It features a more than 20,000-square-foot facility, including a restaurant, sports bar, nightclub, performance hall and beer garden. Its full-service restaurant offers New Orleans specialties that include jambalaya, gumbo and crawfish, as well as snacks, steaks and chops. The restaurant provides a selection of salad dressings, soups, entrees and specialty desserts. In addition, it offers imported draft and domestic beer varieties. It conducts live music concerts, and it also offers catering services for parties and special events. 115 Bourbon Street is located in Merrionette Park, Ill.
