Freeman Construction did a very satisfactory job on relatively large roofing project in the condo association in which I am the Board of Directors President. One of the major factors that prompted me to write this review was the proficiency in which Scott Freeman and his crew completed this project in a challenging and confined setting. Having given the Board a competitive quote, we hired the company to strip and re-shingle the garage roofs inthe complex. A relatively straightforward job, but it was completed in the time specified. Too, wayward nails from the stripping of the old roof was a major concern - the cleanup was prompt, complete and we had no known issues of nails left on or around the parking lot.
