I had a pellet insert installed and I am vert pleased with all the staff. Very friendly and the installers were friendly and professional. Very clean also. Shopped around before I chose them.
My elderly, fixed income, & widowed grandmother contacted All Basics Stove Shop regarding her chimney. She had been screwed over by another company in the past year and was nervous about handing out more money. She was so pleased with the customer service skills by the office girls. They consoled her and assured her that their business would help put her chimney problem to rest. Within 48 hours the knowledgable technicians arrived. They were so sweet to my grandmother. She felt comfortable after her chimney situation was explained and broken down so that she could understand the technical aspect of her problem. The men were so helpful, considerate, and truely passionate with their work. My grandmother is so excited to have them return for many more years of service. Ever so grateful!

Called the store mutiple time to get service on my pellet stove and the staff was rude. Was told that they could not help at that time and to call back. Let a message to have service member call be back and still have not received a call and that was a month ago.

I went to several stores, and after final consideration I bought a pellet stove at All Basics Stove Shop because they were knowledgable about the stoves. Then when they installed it, they took the time to help me with my questions even after the sale. They also have a private party each yer for their customers. They are definately the stove shop to do bussiness with.

All Basics really takes care of the customer after the sale. Plus they have a customer appreciation day in the spring to make sure you had no problems with your new stove. These guys rock
