      Our couches started falling apart within a year. The manager at the store convinced us to buy the extended warranty saying it covered absolutely anything and if we had any problems the store would take care of it. The warranty place fixes nothing and the store will not help at all. I asked if they still lie to people about how great the warranty is and they said yes. Worst customer service ever!

      I have purchased serveral pieces of furniture in the last couple of years and have been very satisfied with the quality of the products. The staff is very friendly from our sales man Ron , the clericial personal and the delivery staff who our courteous and considerate salesman Ron to the clericial staff to the delivery personal. I would definately purchase here again.
