Good people after change of ownership in 2012 .good team work and extra support very highly recomended

Not even one star. This store lied to us several times and even duped us into buying a phone in non-AT&T packaging, claiming it is real, which AT&T could not corroborate. After lying and taking our money, they refused to take a return on the questionable product, despite their advertised 30 day return policy. We were treated extremely rudely by the store representative who talked back to us. I would not even send my worst enemies into this store.
