Hello . My name is Cara Taylor.I am a fully certified Usui/Karuna Reiki Master Teacher/Practitioner.I have spent my career serving in the humanities and have a strong spiritual belief in addition to being open minded and appreciative of alternative healing methods.I have learned first hand, that Reiki offers so much to us all on a physical ,emotional and spiritual level and want to share this pureness of thought and well being with others.Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing.It was founded by Dr. Mikao Usui, in the early twentieth century , and is now a recognized and sought after form of healing and wellness. Reiki promotes healing,clarity,focus and well being. It is a natural ,safe way of healing that relieves pain,strengthens the immune system,reduces stress and anxiety, clears toxins and balances the energies of the body.Reiki assists in illness and recovery by supporting one' s own natural ability to heal by allowing one's life force energy to flow.Reiki facilitates the release of physical and emotional blockages that we have accumulated throughout our lives or during present challenges that we might be facing as well Reiki helps to harmonize the body, mind and spirit, thus promoting physical and emotional well being. We can forget that our own ability to heal comes from within - and is within our reach.Reiki is the most natural way of healing pain , stress and struggle. It is a complimentary technique that will enhance medical treatment.One's own life energy has truly proven to be part of the healing process.I offer healing sessions to all, and/ or Reiki classes to those interested interested in becoming a Reiki Master Teacher or on any level of instruction desired.I could not imagine my own life without the pureness and kindness that Reiki provides.I feel tremendous gratitude for Reiki, in addition to all I treat,instruct and have come to know.Reiki is truly a partnership of kindness and trust between the client and practitioner.I offer you someone who will welcome and listen to you without judgement--someone who will treat you with,respect , regard and gratitude. I continue to treat children ,adolescents and adults of any and all ages and need in addition to volunteering my services within the community through my work effort.Let our healing journey begin.
