I've had similar problems to those below. Low quality/don't care product and attitude. Once I placed an order for pickup at 9:45 (they close at 10). Ordered at 9:15, showed up at 9:45 - crickets. And then I saw through the window, one of them "escaping" through the door on the other side of the building. Sooner or later a papa john's is going to open up on this side of town and then? I give this Pizza Hut 6 months before its doors close for good.

I called in my order and picked up at the window .The cashier seen me drive up and didn't come over to the window until she got good and ready she was talking with her friends and I could tell that she got mad because she had to wait on me there was others working but they also ignored me and continued with what they was doing .So when she finally opened the window she did'nt greet me and I told her what I was picking up she shot the window and went to the back, I guess to get my order I waited for 20 minutes before she took my money and gave me my order.While I was waiting I noticed a number to contact the general mgr if I wasn't satisfied with service so I jotted down the number and tried calling him I got the answering machine and lefted him a message in which I have not heard from him to this day.If the general mgr attiude is bad then no wonder he has all thesefolks with bad attitudes.The one in broadmoore is the same way Rude workers.
