This is one of the worst places to take your clothes if a problem should arise, especially with gowns. As long as you take jeans and work clothes they can do the job. But please do not take anything elegant to this place. It is "hit or miss" if they are truly capable of cleaning the item properly. I had them clean a gorgeous gown with stains on it, only to have them over clean it until the darts came undone and ripped!!!!!! IF YOU CANNOT CLEAN AN ITEM, THEN BY ALL MEANS STOP! They only stopped when it was ripped and torn. When the gown was ready for pickup, no one in the place made mentioned of the damage. Guess they were hoping I would just put it in my closet until later; at which time, I am sure a certain time would pass and they would no longer be liable. When I returned to the shop with the garment, instead of explaining the rips and tears, the worker focused only on the stains and basically said in so many words that if I had not brought the gown with the stains, they would not have torn the gown. Worker was very rude and had no knowledge of the managers whereabouts that day or any future day. Left my info for manager to call me. IT NEVER HAPPENED! It was on my third visit that I decided to just collect my gown, and guess what? Manager was there, and only then discussed the matter. Workers are rude and nasty because manager is the same way. The end result was for them to repair the rips. Guess what? That was all I wanted, took over a month to get this from horse's mouth. DANG! THIS IS ONE CRAZY WAY OF SAYING YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. Anyway, I agree to rips being repaired. They said the gown would be ready the following week. Guess what? I called on 2 different days (this worker very pleasant young girl) and was told they could not reach their tailor. Said okay, but decided to just collect my gown the next day. If you use this cleaner, they are very kind to you. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service they will become brass and rude with you. Was told my gown from overseas was cheap and had been made incorrectly. Not true. I have used their service for years, but I have been out of country for the last several years. It was until I returned to Meridian I had this mishap with the gown that I learned it is under a different manager. THAT EXPLAINED IT ALL...WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN! One simple call from a carrying manager on the day I left my info could have solved the problem then and there instead of dragging it out for weeks. Customer for over 15 years has left the building. Looking for new cleaners who believes in true customer service.

I took two comforters to this dry cleaners the week before Christmas. The week following, ONE was returned. Its now been 3 weeks and my other comforter has not been returned. Unless you have money to replace missing items, I would stay clear from this dry cleaners!
