Went to visit Ken and he said he would work on an old bike for my son. When he took it down there he said h didn't want to mess with it. Wish there was a less than one star rating. Horrible place...lying owner.

Very disappointed in customer service. I took my son's four wheeler to Ken for repair. We paid $330 in labor and $48 in parts for a bent valve. The four wheeler tore up the first time my son went riding on it and I took it back under warranty. After checking it out, Ken called and said that there was another problem. The crankshaft was broken. It took just a few bolts to expose this problem (maybe 10 min of work). The four wheeler will now take more money to fix than it is worth. However, after this 10 minutes of work he now wants an additional 75$ cash or we can leave it for parts.
