The experience was great, I visit from Nashville Tennessee, had to have some work done unexpectedly. Dr. Moore was more than accommodating with such a short notice!

I wish I could select zero stars. I came to this place to have some teeth pulled.I have full coverage insurance.after being quoted over $1000.00 AFTER they had already cleaned my teeth, I was informed that for my cleaning alone was $158.00 out of my pocket without ANY extractions. My insurance covers cleanings and pays 80% of my total cost and they insisted that they'd done a deep cleaning that I DID NOT request or ask for and I wasn't told about the cost of until after the procedure was done and after I declined to have my teeth done for $1000.00 plus dollars.as soon as they found out I had insurance, they got greedy at the beginning. This is exactly why I DO NOT support black businesses. So here I am without ANY teeth pulled and leaving with less money than I came with. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. 1

If i didn't have to give them a star i wouldn't. They are horrible. They have killed my mouth every time i have went. I don't think they use enough gum numb before they give u shots in the gum. Every time i have cried bc of the pain that they have caused me. And they don't talk u though what they r going to do.

NEVER EVER, EVER, EVER GO TO SEE THIS DENTIST!!!!!!!!This is by far the worst dental place I have ever been to and they are so rude. The first time I went there they were so nice and considerate little did I know what they were up to though. The dentist Eugene hunter, sr is beyond rude and if you have any questions he will dismiss you and walk off as he wave you off. The place charged me for work that my insurance covered and refuse to give me my money back and they never once told me I would be paying anything other than the deductible for their office. They also charged my insurance twice for the same work and for an emergency visit which I never had an emergency visit. I was told the only thing I was paying for was my root canal and that was only what the insurance did not cover but that would be handled at the front office which is a different dentist, who also is not good at all. Then I was told it was for something else, then again I was told it was for something else, they tell you are paying for one thing then say it was for something different. When you bring that fact up they will first say we told you that and then they will turn around and say I never told you anything. I have never been treated so disrespectful at a dentist office. Not only did the dentist disrespect myself, he called my mom ridiculous and then the dental hygienists agreed, all because we wanted the money back for the work they never did and copies of my dental records, which is another thing they were trying to refuse to give me until I brought them the original copies of the proof I have that they did not do the work and of how much I paid the office. In my paper work there is also proof of how they double charged my insurance company for the same work that was done one time only and how they charged for an emergency visit I never had with them. They wanted me to send the proof I had into them, which was not happening because they did not want copies they wanted the originals.

The place also messed my tooth up even worse, and now I am in even more pain!!!!

They are also very cruel with children that go in there if they do not listen; I saw one of them yelling at a child because he would not bite down for an x-ray of his mouth, which is not right at all. Children are going to be harder to deal with but they do not need to be treated terrible.
