I made an appointment for the next day at 1100. I arrived 10 minutes early. The salon was closed. Their hours state they open at 1030. Called the number on their website. Someone answered and saw surprised that I had an appointment. By the way, it was the same lady I spoke too at 2pm the previous day. She asked if I could wait half an hour. No. I will search out a new Salon.

The owner was just so rude and my hair looked awful. She didn't care about what I wanted done and was basically like you don't like, to bad. Thanks for the "great" customer service. I'm telling everyone never to go there!

The owner is awful. I took my son in for a cut and she told me the price as if to deter me. I told her the price was fine and then she looked at me and said "Why don't you cut his hair?" If I could would I really be going to a salon?!?! DON'T GO IN THERE!!
