I lost 3 shirts in 2 orders here. They accused me of dropping them in the parking lot. They just happened to be the most expensive pieces in my order. Employees are rude. You get what you pay for. I think they steal things. There are a lot of complaints about missing items.

Clothes are clean, repaired, and well pressed to my satisfaction almost every time. If I have to send it back, they always take it back with a smile, and get it back to me the next day. The only complaint I have is that the new recruits are not well trained, and frequently use the excuse that they are new and do not know. If a garment gets lost or damaged, they satisfactorily compensate the customer.
