called ahead to get a quote on LOF and air filter for a 2500 HD Diesel. Over the phone it was $60 and when I got there they told me $50, got the bill and it was $87. Besides being super pissed off I nicely asked why I was quoted different and they said "sorry" doesn't include the air filter, I said I specifically asked for the air filter and the answer was hmmm sorry about that I guess it was a misunderstanding. Well in my line of work when I quote someone over the phone for a part and I am wrong they get the part for the price I quoted. I guess not all business's care if they have return customers because I won't be back. Then they tried to tell us that we needed a transmission service, that's funny because they did that last time I was in. Maybe after they read this review they might reevaluate their business practice. WON'T BE BACK!!!!!
