Dr. Dittrich is an outstanding physician!! She is one of those old fashioned doctors who actually listens to patients! There's not an ounce of "Medical Diety" in her being. A highly skilled and intelligent nephrologist, she is overflowing with compassion for others. I never once felt rushed by her staff, or in any way by Dr. Dittrich. She is willing to adjust her schedule, both office visits and procedures, in favor of her patients' needs and requests. When I preferred to wait before beginning a recommended treatment, there was no attempt by Dr. Dittrich to apply pressure to do it "her way". She thought about it, explained the choices and simply agreed to allow me to wait. She is an excellent communicator ~ both good and not so good news... She is elated when the news is good, and not shy about sharing her feelings. The only drawback is her specialty ~ otherwise I would highly recommend this gentle doctor to everyone! Dr. Mary Dittrich is a very good person and physician.
