Completely disinterested front office was first indicator of something wrong. Our schnauzer stayed for two nights and came home severely dehydrated. She vomited and had diarrhea for several days - this for a dog that has an iron stomach and is regular as clockwork. Her bedding came back to us soaked with urine. The food container we left there looked like it hadn't been opened. One star would be too much. Extremely upsetting that a facility can continue to operate like this.

Do not ever board your animals here. As a past employee that tried to make things better..... Your cats will be neglected. They will forget to feed them 50% of the time! Your dogs will NOT get played with outside. Sometimes they will only get out 1 time all day. They NEVER get more than 2 minutes in the yard. Oh and did I mention they'll forget to feed your dog too? And if they do, they will dump some food into the garbage when you pick up your cat or dog so it looks like they were being fed the whole time. Don't let me forget, if your animal runs out of food while they are there, THEY WILL NOT GET FED!!! They will wait at least 3 whole feedings before they attempt to call you to see if they can have some kennel food. And if you bring toys or blankets the staff will just stuff them into a cubby and not give it to your pet. And last but certainly not least, you may be paying for a suite or a run, while your away, but if there isn't any room, your pet will be put wherever they find room. And just not tell you about it. If you care about your pet, you won't bring them here.

I recommend this facility to anyone who wants the very best care for their pet. My cat is 22 years old;other vets said she is to old for dental work even though she has an infection in her gums. Not here, they felt aggressive action was required. They cleaned her teeth and extracted 4 teeth, cleaned out the infection and kept her for 2 days. They sent her home with antibiotics, pain killer and instructions on how to care for her. After a long operation on her teeth & gums she is still alive and copping an attitude. She returns in 3 days for a checkup and then 10 days for teeth cleaning instructions and a re-evaluation of her condition. And their prices are reasonable. These people saved my precious kitty and I will be forever grateful.
