I stored stuff years ago here 2013 or 2014 to May of 2020. I recall it being a 5x6 space... very reasonable prices, my stuff was fine, the employees were considerate and reasonable, and I don't know if they'd still do this, but they kept my rate the same for 5 years while I was in NY. I was just checking their current rates to get a sense of how much prices have changed, and happened to see a single 1 star review which is unfair and not at all what I remember. I'm signing up specifically to superpages reviews to balance that. (I currently live in California, now, though.)

At first all seemed great except for the young lady at counter seemed very snotty. We were late due to husband ha king medical issues from an injury he received while in Iraq. They refused to help. I spoke with the same girl who quoted me our amount due, I explained we would be in the following week to pay it. Well that day came and when I called to pay it I was told it tripled in price the day before. It would have taken this girl two seconds to inform me about this and she had many opportunities due to our contains t, so we were unable to pay full amount and she then refused to take anything but full amount. She said to me we have until the 11th of Sept to pay it or it goes to auction well okay, but I called again and spoke with a gentlemen whom was very polite and was informed the unit goes up to auction at 10am the 11th. If I would not have called back I wouldn't of been aware of a certain time to make the payment by. So the young woman was on vacation and I just called and spoke with her,and asked questions and she was very rude and hung up on me. I will be paying the balance but will never go back to this place and will let everyone know not to deal with her. Unhelpful, unwilling to assist and plainly rude, she should not be in customer service for her compassion and people skills are limited. There is no corporate website to even call or email which is upsetting.
