This jewelry store will not get a star. Their customer service is the worst ever. I bought 3 bridal rings from this jewelery store some years ago. With even taking into consideration that rings will wear over time their maintenence jewelery plan has absolutely ruined my rings. They took my gold from places in my rings to fix my rings. The shanks are pretty much non exsistant with all of the gold they took from them. The lost diamonds that were replaced over the years have a totally different appearance because of the bad clarity they replaced them with . Just recently when the Jeweler sent my rings back they had 3 big cracks in the shanks from the vice they used. I had to send it right back out and wait weeks again. Then what really made me upset was that they took a big chunk of gold from the middle of my band on the outside to use on my own rings to fix the cracks they made. Being very unhappy, They refuse to help me. They want me to purchase more from them, That will never happen.
