Zero stars if possible! Horrible experience!!! I had made reservations for the jacuzzi suite 2 weeks before. I gave the credit card information. I called the day we were to leave and confirmed the reservation and told them we would be arriving around 2:00 pm.. Everything was in order...UNTIL we arrived and they gave our room to somebody else who claimed to have the reservation. They didn't check the credit card to make sure the number matched. They just took their word for it. So we get up there and are without a room. They are willing to give us another room, but that was it. Our trip was ruined. We wanted a romantic jacuzzi suite, like we reserved. They need to learn how the reservation process works. Book the hotel at your own risk, just because they tell you everything is OK don't be surprised if they give your room away to somebody else. I will NEVER call this hotel again and we really enjoy traveling. Tell everyone you know not to trust the Colonial Inn.
