If there was a way to give no stars, I would. This company knows nothing about customer service. They do not care about your situation if you go without A/C during a weekend. Unfortunately, our home warranty company only uses Advantage Air so we have to as well. We had a special situation where our kid had just had surgery and was miserable already. Our AC went out and we have now had to wait 4 days to get our AC fixed. Even the owner, Ramiro Sierra, wasn't compassionate enough to find a way to reschedule a couple of repair guys to come to our home. If you have a choice, do not use this company unless you do not care about kind, considerate service.
