• Basic Eye Examination30 min: $59.00
  Includes: full vision analysis, evaluation for glaucoma and cataracts, peripheral vision, and a written prescription for glasses. (Optional: $20 for a dilated fundus exam)

• Contact Lens Examination30 min: $95.00
  (up to $135 for specialty lenses). Includes: full vision analysis (above) plus examination for contact lenses, 2 months of follow-up visits, and a written prescription for both glasses and contact lenses. (Optional: $20 for a dilated fundus exam)

• Contact Lens Follow up15 min: $40.00
  Select this option if you recently had a contact lens exam at our office and need a follow-up visit. There will be a $40 fee if it's been longer than 60 days since your contact lens examination

• Contact Lens Training15 min: $20.00
  Mandatory to all first time contact lens wearers. This fee includes complete training on how to apply, remove, and care for your new contact lenses

• Office Visit15 min: $40.00
  (up to $85). Includes: eyeglass or contact lens re-check, contact lens re-fit, or simple red eye evaluation
