Simple, Smooth, Great

I have had an on going problem since I bought my BMW in a private sell and had taken it to Bob's Foreign Auto Repair. They kept doing things to my car every time I brought it in but never solved the problem. The I took it to a local dealer and they too took my money but never fixed the problem. Every mechanic had a different repair to fix the problem but after $3,500 in new parts and labor I'd had enough and parked the car. Figured I would sell it for cheap and get something a new car. While looking at cars at Western Motors the sales person and I started talking. When I told him about my BMW he said "bring it in!" My first thought was this guy can see dollar signs in another repair that wont fix my car. But I had it towed down there to see what would happen. Three days later, I received a call from Adam saying "It's ready!" When I arrived to pick up my car I could tell that something was right this time! It was idling quietly and has been driving like a BMW again!! When I asked Adam what it was he said that a power cable had been exposed to metal and was shorting out every now and again. $675.00 later including parts and service and my car runs better than it ever has. Thank you Adam and the team at Western Motors! These guys know BMW's and other Luxury vehicles. Nice to have a trustworthy and reliable BMW mechanic in town

I am surprised with how helpful they are, reading some of the reviews I was skeptical in trying them out but I am happy to say it was pleasant encounter. Luis answered all my questions about financing and I decided the payments on a 2014 Honda would be reasonable. I would definitely recommend going to Western Motors to my family and friends.

Came here and bought my first truck. I saw online price wich I was thrilled about. I spoke to the owner Sam about my lease trade in and he ended getting me out of my lease with only 1k down into my new F150 with a very low apr. I have to admit that if it wasn't for the AMAZING service I had at their Service Center my overall experience would have been different. The Service Center manager Adam was amazing, very helpful, friendly, and overall willing to do whatever it was in his power to make sure I left happy and that my car was in the best condition possible.
