- Our coffee beans are farmed in sustainable & traditional ways, grown at higher elevations on fertile (volcanic) soil, then handpicked, washed, sun-dried and manually sorted. We roast these beans in our own 12K Probat Roaster to either a medium (house) roast or a dark roast. To make our ESB coffee, we grind our freshly-roasted beans just before brewing, using filtered water at its optimal temperature. Now that's a good cup of Joe!
