Jason picked up our 'deposit check' for materials last fall (2013) and hasn't been back since. Was it a hard winter? Yes! But it is now the middle of May, 2014.

He ignores all calls from our number and never returns messages left. He did answer or return calls IF we called from a number he didn't recognize and then has every excuse in the book as well as lots of empty promises. Sadly, time is up, my next call won't be to Jason, it's to my lawyer. I hate games! And game players!

Jason came out to give me an estimate and he was on time, very professional & the price seemed fair. When I had 2 other companies out for estimates, one never showed up and the other was 1/2 hour late. The second estimate was over $2,000 higher than Pinnacle's so obviously they got the job.

On the day if their work they were on time, did the job in one day, were professional & cleaned up to the condition they started. The best part was no surprises, Jason was extremely thorough in his estimate. The workmanship was quality & I will continue to recommend Pinnacle to my friends, family, co-workers & anybody that may need their roof repaired. Thanks Jason.
