Excellent food! Best BBQ in the area!

Coming from Dallas I was excited when the Mentor Dickeys opened but boy have I been disappointed. The first two times the meat was cold. Each time I ordered the same 3 meat plate with double brisket. The second time I got two slices of brisket and thought they made a mistake. It was an online order so I could not bring it up. This last time I got the same thing and I did check it there and brought the issue up. Their response is that it is weighed and the two slice (double meat) equated the proper weight. My third meat was 5 pieces of sausage. I paid $12.79 for two slices of brisket and 5 pieces of sausage. The person I spoke two shut me out after the explanation of the weight rule. Really? Plus I did make this last time an online order and had to wait until the lunch crowd got through before they got to it. Gee, isn't that what the online service is for, to expedite an order? Really disappointed. I will make it an effort to dissuade people from eating here. If I could post a pic here of what I got you would understand. Dickey's got 3 chances to correct their faults and they struck out.
