No going back to Bixels. I did not receive good service or a good manicure or cut. When I talked with my stylist about it she was impatient and unkind. Yes they were busy and she was busy but that is no way to treat a good, reliable customer. I can find a salon that values their customers.

My experience at Bixels was not good. I would not recommend this salon. My perm and color were both poorly done and my stylist was not interested in trying to make it better. I expected much more from all the reviews I read. Not going back. Had to have someone else fix my hair!

Just had my hair done last night at Bixel's, and I have already received several compliments on the color this morning. I followed my stylist from her old salon to Bixel's, and I have loved this salon since my very first visit. Bixel's has a welcoming and energizing atmosphere. The level of service and attention they give to their clients is something I have never experienced at previous salons. Every stylist, regardless of whether you are their client or not, takes the time to say hello to you and chat for a bit. My stylist's name is Kimmy, and what I love about Kimmy is how patient she is with me. I am not at all hair savvy and before Kimmy I always ended up with styles that looked great when I left the salon, but I could never duplicate at home. Kimmy takes the time to show me what tools to use and how to use them. She gives me a sexy style that she knows will fit into my everyday life. Bixel's is truly a superior salon, and I would recommend this salon to anyone.

This salon wh*** has finally settled down!! I have been to numerous local salons, only to be left feeling like I was a victim of Edward Scissorhands, processed on a Ford Factoryesque assembely line!! Holding on to my last ray of hope, I found Bixels. As I walked into the salon, it was if the gates of heaven opened just for me!! The reception area was warm and welcoming, as I wasn't bombarded with an overwhelming display of product, or gaudy trinkets. The merchandise and decor are both comforting and tasteful. My stylist greeted me with a professional, yet personal aura! I had the same amazing stylist for manicure, cut, and color. The salon contains individual rooms (typically two stylists to a room) ensuring private and customized service (we all know how attractive foils can be while being on display for all the salon to see). I got to know my stylist.....I felt as though she really listened, not getting caught up in caddy "station" gossip. No to mention, she nailed my hair!

I made an appointment with one stylist, then when I called back to reschedule, was told it was with another stylist because the first one had to "work the front desk". The next time I scheduled an appointment for nails I got a reminder call for a different time and different nail tech. I've also called and their phone keep ringing with no answer during business hours. They need to get their act together!

Spent a few hours at Bixel's this morning. All I can say is if you want to be treated like royalty, go to Bixels. Wonderful, friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. Nikki gave me the exact cut and color I asked for and it was better then I could have imagined. Nikki you are an absolute joy! This is an amazing salon. You feel pampered the whole time you are there! Jake always does an amazing job on my cuts, and color! I've also gotten a fantastic manicure and massage there! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Amazing amazing Salon! My visit was first class from walking in the door until I left! Becky did an amazing job on my color and cut. I felt like a princess the entire time I was there!
