Located in Menomonee Falls, Wis., LindenGrove Health Care Center provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care. It offers a wide range of subacute and rehabilitative care services, including specialized therapy, personalized care, individualized care plans, assessment and planning, and family and caregiver support. Additionally it offers education, home visits and home therapy programs. LindenGrove provides many on-site services, such as beauty salons and barbershops, and banking, guest meals and laundry services, and it also offers specialized medical care, including podiatry, optometry, dental, audiology, and psychological and psychiatric programs. The center is a part of LindenGrove, a nonprofit organization of care facilities established in 1987.
