I buy everything from Emery's! I bought my first bike back in the 90's, my last one 2 years ago during the pandemic and they had selection. Ben is a great 2nd generation businessman. He planned and bought stock when he saw it coming. His brother runs the Wauwatosa store. His dad started it. Great family company, and great people! In-between bike purchases we also bought a water-rower, and they have everything else for working out too!

Dropped bike off for tune up and build check. Service center put it in for a 1week turn around (looking to give as a present for father's day). Called at one week and was told it was slated to be done in another 10 days?



Telling the shop it is for a present kind of paints a clear picture on a expectation for due date right?

Emery's Rocks! My wife wanted a bicycle for Christmas and I had no idea where to begin...I didn't even know there were different size bikes! I felt like I had lived in a cave after speaking to Ben. His sense of humor with my lack of knowledge made me feel comfortable and I learned a lot. He didn't try to over sell me on a bike and I feel confident that my wife is going to love my choice. The only problem was Ben did such a great job informing me that I ended up buying TWO bikes...one for me and one for her! haha! Thanks Ben, you have made me a customer for life! Great job, and if you ever go out of the bike business come see me....I will have a desk waiting for you! Bob!
