Customer service could be a little better, particularly returning telephone calls. When I ordered cabinets they told me 4 week delivery, so I scheduled the installation accordingly. It actually took seven weeks. No fault of Atlantic States, but I wish they communicated the delay from the manufacturer better. I had to call frequently. However, being a small family owned business, Brian and Jim made up for it when the cabinets were delivered. I'd rather do business with them than with the major hardware chains.

Customer service needs work. Still waiting for replacement cabinets parts due to damage on delivery. Communication is lacking. Good prices and I know other people like this place, but I just have been having a experience with this place. I will not be coming back.

Doing my second kitchen with Atlantic States. This is a family run business that is extremely helpful and customer oriented. My second experience was as good as my first even though it was over 20 years ago!!
