I have thought in the past that U-Lock-It storage in Mena and De Queen, AR was a good facility. Unfortunately I have found there true colors. The are great until it comes to honoring there contracts. The owner lost his professional demeanor and treated me as a child without allowing me to talk or explain my problem. In conclusion if you choose to use U-Lock-It in De Queen or Mena, AR I hope you do not have anything stolen because they will not stand by the statement U-Lock it says "We guarantee to keep the contents of your storage unit 100% confidential and we will not share your personal information with anyone." (U-Lock-It storage website). I am sure you can see that my information was deliberately shared without my consistent.
