6/9/15 today one of your employees came to install internet services for my son's residence. After careful inspection Fred the rep disclosed that there was not enough internal cable power to install the internet. He immediately called for installation team for an outside box to be installed to run inside the residence. He left the call on speaker so I could hear the entire conversation of he and the dispatcher/installation scheduler. After hearing this was the 3rd call to comcast to have internet installed the scheduler rescheduled installation for this Friday morning. Your rep could not have been any more customer service oriented. You need to clone him. He articulated the problem and explained the circumstances to me. Congratulation to Fred for excellent customer service.
